Our client, a leading global retail organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic customer engagement and digital transformation programme. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning customer platforms, CRM, data integration, and AI-enabled business capabilities.
Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive project delivery, manage key initiatives, and help shape the future of customer engagement through data-driven and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives
• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, priorities, and roadmaps
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders
• Support initiatives involving CRM, customer data, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully while aligning with business objectives

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience delivering business and technology projects
• Experience in digital transformation, CRM, customer engagement, data, or enterprise platform initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing projects involving multiple systems, integrations, and business teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Experience

• Retail, eCommerce, customer engagement, loyalty, or marketing technology projects
• Exposure to customer data platforms, CRM, analytics, or AI-driven business initiatives
