Manager, Marketing and Credit

Responsibilities

• Prepare and recommend credit applications and obtain credit approval for new and existing customers with credit facilities structured to accommodate customers’ requirements
• Safeguard the credit quality of Business Banking Department (BBD)’s top tier customers and liaise with CRM and RM team to manage watchlist accounts
• Administer BBD’s credit reporting through the collaboration with RM team
• Collaborate with RM team and product partners to identify sales opportunities and deepen the existing wallet of existing customers

Requirements

• University Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in commercial lending with proven track record in sales and marketing, and assessment of credit applications
• Strong analytical skills with sound credit judgment
• Able to work independently as well as being a good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer focus attitude
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
