The successful candidate will be responsible for:

成功获聘者将负责：

• Providing all kinds of legal advice and support to investment banking department, primarily supporting ECM and M&A business;

为投资银行部门提供各类法律意见及支持，主要支持股权资本市场（ECM）及并购（M&A）业务

• Monitoring and advising business and management on the related legal and regulatory issues involved;

就相关法律及监管事项进行监督并向业务部门及管理层提供法律意见

• Supervising and monitoring external counsels’ work for the projects of investment banking department;

指导及监督外部律师为投资银行部门项目开展的工作

• Assisting with trainings and the preparation of templates/ policies/ procedures/ memos;

协助培训事项及相关模板/政策/流程/备忘录的准备工作

• Assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance and Team Head on any other legal matters.

协助法律合规部负责人及团队主管处理其他法律事务

Skills and Abilities

技能与能力要求

• Approximately 4-6 years of PQE gained from law firms or international banks;

具有约4至6年律师事务所或国际银行执业经验（PQE）

• Experience with ECM, HK IPOs, US IPOs, secondary offerings, M&A and other investment banking transactions is required;

需具备股权资本市场（ECM）、香港IPO、美国IPO、二级市场发行、并购及其他投资银行交易的相关经验

• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills;

具备优秀的法律文书起草及沟通能力

• High integrity and professional ethics;

具备高度的诚信及职业道德操守

• Ability to identify issues;

具备敏锐的问题识别能力

• Diligent, highly self-motivated and proactive;

勤奋、自驱力强且积极主动

• Multi-tasking skill is essential;

需具备多任务处理能力

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required; and

需具备流利的普通话及英语（书面及口语）能力

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior personnel of all relevant functions.

具备优秀的人际交往能力，能够与各职能高层人员进行有效沟通

Qualifications

资质要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law;

法学学士或以上学位

• Legal qualification in a common law jurisdiction.

具有普通法法域的法律执业资格
