Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Corporate Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to develop their expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, and accounting operations within a corporate environment.

Job duties:

• Assist in annual statutory audit and tax related matters

• Assist in preparation of full set of account, regulatory reporting (eg SFC) and financial statements on timely and accurate basis for the Company and its affiliates

• Liaise with bank when necessary and assist in corporate secretaries matters

• Assist in handling payments and monitoring cash flow

• Provide accounting, audit, tax and administrative support to the team

• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual and repetitive processes using scripting or productivity tools

• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Business-related degree holder with basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge;

• Fresh graduates are welcome;

• Good written and verbal communication in English & Cantonese;

• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with Excel VBA, Python, or any other scripting or automation tool would be an advantage

• Proactive self-learner and willing to learn;

• Detailed minded, strong analytical and problem-solving skill; and

• Well-organised and able to handle multi-tasks at the same time.
