Origination & Structuring: Assist in originating, structuring, and executing corporate, leveraged, and structured finance transactions tailored for Japanese clients.

Credit Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct fundamental credit risk evaluations, corporate financial assessments, debt capacity analyses, and scenario stress testing.

Financial Modeling: Build and audit detailed cash flow, three-statement, and debt sizing financial models for complex credit structures.

Committee Memos & Pitching: Prepare comprehensive credit memos, term sheets, and presentation materials for credit risk committees and client pitches.

Portfolio & Risk Monitoring: Manage active loan portfolios, review counterparty risk profiles, and perform periodic credit updates and covenant checks.

Execution & Negotiation: Partner with internal coverage, product specialists, and external legal counsel to negotiate transaction documentation and closing terms.

Senior Leadership & Mentorship: Lead workflow execution and mentor junior analysts and associates on financial modeling and credit analysis (for VP level).

Language & Qualifications: Require 3–8 years of relevant experience, fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English, and a strong background in investment or corporate banking.
