You will be a key member of the investment team, driving transactions across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and evaluation through execution and portfolio management. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading global private equity firms, financial institutions, and prestigious institutional investors on preferred equity and co-investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and execute private investment opportunities
2. Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and investment underwriting
3. Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation
4. Work closely with management teams, sponsors, advisors, and co-investment partners
5. Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation initiatives
6. Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities across various industries
7. Participate in negotiations and transaction execution from origination through closing

Requirements

1. Over 4 years of relevant investment banking, private equity, principal investing, or transaction advisory experience
2. Strong deal execution experience involving M&A, private equity transactions
3. Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
4. Strong commercial judgment and a solution-oriented approach to complex investment situations
5. Self-motivator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
6. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
9. Experience executing transactions involving Korean companies, sponsors, or investors is highly preferred
