Role Overview

This role focuses on delivering market insights and investment strategies to support client advisory and drive business growth, while partnering closely with RM teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regular market updates and investment strategy briefings to frontline sales teams
• Formulate and communicate investment ideas across asset classes, aligned with house view and CIO guidance
• Support client meetings, portfolio reviews, and key investment discussions alongside RMs
• Drive sales initiatives by translating market views into actionable investment solutions
• Provide coaching and technical training to enhance RMs' investment knowledge and advisory capabilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders across products, research, and sales to achieve business objectives

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in investment strategy, research, or advisory within banking/financial institutions
• Strong understanding of multi-asset investment products (equities, fixed income, FX, funds, structured products)
• HKSI licenses (Paper 1, 7, 8) or equivalent required
• CFA / CFP or other professional qualifications preferred
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong market awareness with the ability to translate insights into client-friendly recommendations
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin strongly preferred)
