About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking to hire an Analyst to join their team to support private banking client documentation.

Job Description

• Review Product Brochure suitability, conduct client outreach and document checks.
• Review account closure and credit application documents.
• Process loan registrations, agreement re-executions and account type changes.
• Review SFS sub-account opening requests and coordinate HKIRD registration.
• Prepare management information (MI) reports and support other business units as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in banking, financial services or operations is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
