Your Team Responsibilities

We are seeking uniquely qualified candidates to fill a highly visible sales role within MSCI's index organization as a Structured Products Sales Specialist, APAC. This is an opportunity to work within MSCI's fastest growing region and within two of our fastest growing segments - thematic indexes and indexes for structured products.

The Sales Specialists will use their knowledge and experience within the structured products ecosystem in APAC to drive new business development. The focus will be on APAC-wide clients, unlocking the potential that so far has remained largely untapped by MSCI.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, commercially driven and results oriented individual who will continuously educate, position and license high quality, index ideas to the region's investment banks, private banks and retail distributors for structured products creation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prior experience and an existing network in structured products or derivative space, ideally working in or with investment banks
• A vibrant sales mindset and experience delivering against sales targets
• Some understanding of index design and excellent understanding of financial markets
• Experience of delivering projects to clients from pitch to execution
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A team player
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Fluency in English and an Asian language (Japanese or Chinese preferred)

We seek a consummate relationship builder who will work both externally, and internally will

with global Sales, Product, Client Service, Marketing and Legal teams. On a day-to-day basis the candidate will work with research, sales and clients latest market trends and position the best solutions based on those.
