Join a leading global financial institution where you'll support the ongoing maintenance and review of high-net-worth and complex client accounts, working closely with teams across Compliance, AML, Operations and the front office.

Your new role

• Perform Trigger Event and KYC reviews, assessing changes to client profiles and account information.
• Review CIP documents, Source of Wealth (SOW), Total Net Worth (TNW) and other supporting documentation.
• Manage account maintenance for a variety of structures including individuals, joint accounts, trusts, holding companies, funds and corporate entities.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies and potential risk concerns, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure client records and account information are accurately maintained in internal systems.
• Support process improvements, data quality reviews, reporting and other team initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally 5 years of relevant experience within banking, wealth management or financial services. Candidates with less experience and strong relevant exposure may also be considered.
• Hands-on experience in KYC, account maintenance, client onboarding, Trigger Event reviews, AML or periodic reviews.
• Good understanding of client due diligence and complex account structures.
• Exposure to SOW/TNW reviews and AML risk considerations would be an advantage
• Chinese language skills are preferred.
