General Compliance- Buyside

工作职责

1. A hands-on general compliance role in a Compliance team

2.Review marketing materials

3.Assist in setting and maintaining KYC policy and answer any KYC enquiries

4.Review KYC documents

5.Help respond to any regulatory enquiries

6.Other ad hoc compliance tasks

任职要求

· Bachelor’s degree or above in a reputable university;

· 3-6 years of solid experience in asset managers. Experience in a well established asset management firm is preferable;

· Familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements including the Fund Manager Code of Conduct and Advertising Guidelines, etc;

· Strong understanding of asset management business

· Good knowledge of SFC authorized funds, UCITs, Cayman SPC, etc

· Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
