Financial Service/Assistant Relationship Manager (Fresh graduates are welcomed)

Job Duties:

• Handle end-to-end account opening process(KYC/CDD)
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager and provide customer service
• Promote and assist customers in handling problems of corporate e-banking
• Assist in ad hoc projects and programs as assigned

Requirement:

• Fresh University graduates in Business, Commerce or Finance are welcomed
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin/Putonghua)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good Computer skills in Word and Excel
• Proactive, Team oriented and able to work independently
• Working experience in customer service or Taiwan background e.g. studied in Taiwan, is preferred
