About Your Company
King Deux is working with a prestigious, established Family Office seeking an analytical, trustworthy, and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations and drive strategic financial planning.
The Finance Manager will maintain oversight of the family office’s financial health, balancing meticulous foundational accounting with forward-looking financial analysis. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will manage everything frombookkeeping and cash flow management to complex FP&A, budgeting, and investment tracking.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional looking to take ownership of a broad accounting and finance function in a highly stable and professional environment.
About your role
- Maintain a full set of books for various family entities, private investment vehicles, and trust structures.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
- Oversee monthly closing processes and prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure absolute compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and present clear financial insights to the Finance Director.
- Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate cash flow requirements, liquidity constraints, and funding for upcoming capital calls.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional Qualification: Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting and finance experience. Experience working within a Family Office, Asset Management firm, Private Equity firm, or Trust company is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar Cloud ERPs) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Professional fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
