Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Development: Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for fixed income products, with a primary focus on expanding the firm's footprint in the Dim Sum bond market.
- Revenue Generation & Pitching: Proactively market, pitch, and transact fixed income products with both new and existing institutional clients to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Expansion: Lead the expansion into new international markets by identifying, targeting, and securing key client segments, including but not limited to Hedge Funds, Real Money funds, and Insurance Companies.
- Market & Regulatory Intelligence : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes across key jurisdictions to inform sales strategy and ensure compliance.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Investment Banking (IBD), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and the Business Centre to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Knowledge Sharing & Training: Conduct training sessions for internal divisions and other sales teams to enhance product knowledge and expand the firm's overall selling channels for fixed income products
