You will be responsible for handling phone calls from customers and internal staff and email on e-Banking problems, following up transaction status as well as handling customers’ banking services applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification;
- At least 1 year of related work experience;
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Immediate availability is preferred
