Role Overview
The Compliance Advisory AVP is part of the organisation's compliance team, reporting to senior management. The role involves providing compliance advice, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and supporting the organisation’s compliance initiatives. Success in this position is achieved through delivering accurate guidance and maintaining high standards of regulatory adherence.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead the assessment of compliance risk and provide strategic advice
- Manage regulatory change and communicate impacts effectively
- Build relationships with internal teams and external regulators
- Manage compliance documentation and reporting
- Deliver compliance support across the organisation's business units
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
- Support the implementation of compliance controls and monitor their effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day compliance issues for the organisation's brokerage activities
- Assist in audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation and insights
- Provide ongoing guidance on industry regulations and best practices
Requirements

- Experience relevant to compliance roles within financial services
- Located on-site in the designated location
- Available for a 2-week commitment starting 22/07/2026
