The Role: We are partnering with a Global Law Firm in hiring a Senior Advisor (Business Analysis) to join its Asia Business Analytics and Insights team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will deliver business-driven insights, financial analysis and management reporting to senior leadership, practice heads and business managers across the region. You will also lead financial modelling and market/competitor research, support regional finance projects including budgeting and pricing, and help drive data-led decision making through BI tools and dashboards. Key Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in business analysis or business planning, ideally within professional services or an MNC
• Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related discipline
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills, with an eye for data visualization (Tableau a plus)
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders under tight deadlines
