Responsible for assisting the General Manager on business planning, key performance result tracking, competitive analysis on banking industry, implementation of retail banking strategy and transformation projects. Providing administrative supports to Personal Banking Division on management meeting, promotion of bank culture, staff engagement and business communication.
Responsibilities
Assist General Manager in developing management information reports to facilitate key business performance tracking and prepare presentation materials for management meetings.
Identify business opportunities in revenue generation or cost saving by performing business analysis.
Provide administrative supports to General Manager and Personal Banking Division (PBD) on customer events and activities.
Set up a framework of collecting and consolidating key business update and information from PBD departments, and summarizing these key findings and highlight insights for management.
Provide management supports to General Manager on preparation and arrangement of management meetings
Establish good relationship with PBD department and internal stakeholders for timely and effective deliverables
Drive staff engagement and promotion of bank culture with PBD department
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
University graduate, preferably with major subject in business studies, finance, accounting or statistics-related fields
Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in banks, financial institutions or insurance companies
Strong numerical acumen with experience in business reporting and analysis
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
