Your new company is a well-established international healthcare and insurance provider with a strong presence in Hong Kong. The company offers a broad range of health and wellness solutions to individuals and businesses, supported by an extensive distribution network and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are looking for Brokerage & IFA Business Development talents to join their team.

Your new role

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network through partner acquisition and development.
• Monitor sales performance, manage key accounts, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and operational improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or distribution within insurance or financial services. (Medical insurance experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess valid IIQE Papers 1 & 2
• Fluency in English and Chinese
