Handle travel arrangements including flight and hotel reservation, travel related enquiries and continual updating of travel record(s);
Provide support in expatriate housing related work, including preparation of tenancy agreements and other correspondences, conducting market research for lease renewal and new lease evaluation, lease negotiations with landlords;
Liaise and negotiate with vendors for contract renewal;
Handle payments and general administrative tasks;
Assist in corporate events e.g. Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, etc. and occasional outdoor duties;
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from team head and Management.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in business and related disciplines;
3 years of work experience in admin, with experience in handling travel and hotel booking is preferred;
Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
Well organized, detail-oriented, responsible and flexible;
Mature, able to communicate with different levels and a good team player;
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
