Associate, Client Service (Transaction Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory to Corporate Clients on best practices for greater cash management effectiveness
• Implement cash management solutions, including Cash Pooling Service, Host to Host as well as e-channels for top tiered clients, identified through cross selling
• Serve as the single point of contact for Corporate Clients in respect of their transactional related enquiries and to ensure all transactional and operational issues are timely responded, escalated and resolved within the SLA
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and ensure client's loyalty, revenue retention and growth. Stakeholders include Head Office, TB sales, Coverage, Products, Implementation and Operations
• To undertake and hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum of 3 year's relevant experience in implementation of TB products in the areas of cash management
• Strong presentation and good interpersonal skills
• Team-player, co-operates and communicates effectively with other regional team members and senior management
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
• Fluency in Japanese would be helpful
• Mature, diligent, outcomes-driven, self-starter, all-round team-player
