A leading global financial services group from Japan is looking for an Associate, Implementation & Client Service! We are keen to speak with candidates with 3 years of relevant experiences in implementation of Transaction Banking products and are experienced in cash management solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide advisory to Corporate Clients on best practices for greater cash management effectiveness
Implement cash management solutions, including Cash Pooling Service, Host to Host as well as e-channels for top tiered clients, identified through cross selling
Serve as the single point of contact for Corporate Clients in respect of their transactional related enquiries and to ensure all transactional and operational issues are timely responded, escalated and resolved within the SLA
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and ensure client's loyalty, revenue retention and growth. Stakeholders include Head Office, TB sales, Coverage, Products, Implementation and Operations
To undertake and hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum of 3 year's relevant experience in implementation of TB products in the areas of cash management
Strong presentation and good interpersonal skills
Team-player, co-operates and communicates effectively with other regional team members and senior management
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
