Job Description

As an Associate, Business Management, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist senior leadership with a wide range of strategic, operational, and project-related tasks
• Prepare internal and external reports and presentations on business performance and initiatives
• Coordinate and support the implementation of business projects and process improvements
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track progress toward strategic and operational goals
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and workflows
• Conduct research and gather data to support business development, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth execution of business activities
• Organize internal meetings, workshops, and communications across departments
• Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Business Management should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 year of experience in business support, operations, or project management, preferably within financial services or asset management
• Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, China-focused asset management environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
