Assistant Relationship Manager – Structured Finance, Corporate Banking (CORB- SF)

Responsibilities:

• Complete fundamental analysis, spreading and cash flow projections;
• Deliver KYC/ AML, structured finance deal execution, documentation and signing follow up;
• Review periodic loans and process waiver requests;
• Provide good customer services to clients and handle daily operational and administration works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
• At least 2-3 years’ banking experience, preferably in syndicated loans or credit monitoring areas;
• A good team player but able to work independently and work under pressure with good communication and presentation skills;
• Good academic background in finance and accounting, having passed certain level in CFA and/or ACCA is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Good English writing and communication skills, good spoken mandarin is a plus.
