Job Purpose:

To support trade financing and factoring products for Corporate Banking Division including providing support to marketing teams on trade financing and factoring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales and Relationship Managers (RM) to facilitate the daily factoring transactions
• Prepare and perform Factoring surveys for facility setup and facility reviews
• Perform review on the Factoring portfolio via close monitoring of overdue debts
• Ensure processing adheres to relevant requirements and internal policies and guidelines, maintain systematic and well-organized filing of completed reviews
• Work closely with the Trade and Factoring Operation team to ensure proper credit and procedural guidelines in place to facilitate business growth and ongoing risk monitoring minimizing potential loss of bad debt
• Work with the Information Technology (IT) team on the integration and enhancement of trade and factoring systems to enhance customer experience and portfolio monitoring

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum 5 years' experience in trade financing and factoring field, experience in factoring portfolio management is preferred
• HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
• Holder of ECF Certification (CPFinT(M) or CPFinT(A)) would be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, practices and risk control techniques on Trade & Factoring
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
