Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory financial reports in compliance with HKMA reporting requirements, while monitoring key movements within the Bank's asset and liability portfolios.
- Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of financial compliance and management information systems (MIS) to ensure the accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance of financial data in accordance with HKMA requirements and the Banking Ordinance.
- Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, MIS, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking regulatory reporting or financial reporting within the banking industry; exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Basel III framework and HKMA regulatory standards.
- Self-motivated team player with strong analytical, problem-solving and report preparation skills, capable of managing work under tight timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing; familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion or related financial reporting systems is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
