Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Assistant Manager, Corporate Wealth Management Principal responsibilities - Handle daily administration of customer accounts including transaction processing, account opening and transaction record maintenance
- Monitor customer portfolios and assist sales staff in portfolio reviews for both marketing and risk control purposes
- Reinforce a professional service quality level and ensure customer complaints are properly handled
- Ensure that compliance regulations and all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Requirements - Bachelor degree in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
- Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations (within 6 months in the post)
- Good knowledge about investment products and related operations flows
- Able to build good rapport with key stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate a high sense of reliability, trust and professionalism with clients
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
