Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Corporate Wealth Management
Principal responsibilities

• Handle daily administration of customer accounts including transaction processing, account opening and transaction record maintenance
• Monitor customer portfolios and assist sales staff in portfolio reviews for both marketing and risk control purposes
• Reinforce a professional service quality level and ensure customer complaints are properly handled
• Ensure that compliance regulations and all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
• Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations (within 6 months in the post)
• Good knowledge about investment products and related operations flows
• Able to build good rapport with key stakeholders
• Able to demonstrate a high sense of reliability, trust and professionalism with clients
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
