Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and develop institutional and HNW client relationship for asset management business;
2. Manage marketing collaterals, including pitch books, fact sheets, and presentation decks to support the business development pipeline;
3. Research on peer fund performance, asset size, strategies, and service structures to provide tailored client solutions;
4. Assist in setting up segregated portfolios and offshore structures (e.g., Cayman-listed funds) by drafting and revising legal documents including IMAs, Master PPMs, and SPPMs.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or operations within asset management, wealth management, or institutional banking;
3. Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and investment teams;
4. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
