Job Description

As an AVP Global Markets Compliance, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies in the global markets sector.
• Advising business units on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting compliance risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Providing training to staff on compliance-related topics.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement solutions.
• Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Staying updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring the organisation's adherence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP Global Markets Compliance should have:

• 5-7 years of compliance experience with exposure to FICC products
• Must have strong business compliance advisory experience
• Expertise in global markets and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and policies.
• A degree in finance, law, or a related field.
