You Are:

You are a customer-focused, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. You combine strong business acumen with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while using data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive customer success. A collaborative team player, you work effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to customer retention and growth.

The Work:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term success
• Develop success plans and conduct regular business reviews aligned to customer goals
• Monitor account health, proactively mitigate risk, and execute retention strategies
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals and growth
• Track customer outcomes, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators to drive value realization

Here's What You Need:

• A minimum of five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
• Excellent relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills including fluent German and English
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer goals into measurable outcomes
• Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Willingness to travel, depending on business and client needs
