Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Operative Mitwirkung an AML-/CFT-Programmen, Governance, Policies und Verfahren.


• Mitarbeit im Case-Management, SAR-Analysen und Meldewesen; Unterstützung bei Investigations.


• Weiterentwicklung von Risiko-Taxonomien, Monitoring-Strategien und KPI-Dashboards; Unterstützung bei Audit-Readiness.


• Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance, Rechtsabteilung, Front Office, Regulatoren und externen Prüfern; Schnittstelle zu Fraud-/Security-Teams.


• Beitrag zur Kultur von Ethik, Integrität und Compliance; Unterstützung bei Schulungen und Awareness.

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Rechtswissenschaften, Finance, Economics oder vergleichbar; relevante Zertifizierungen (ACAMS, CAMS-I/II, ICA) vorteilhaft.


• Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung im AML/CFT-Umfeld; ideal in multinationalen Finanzinstituten oder FinTechs.


• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis aktueller AML/CFT-Regulierungen und regulatorischer Anforderungen in relevanten Jurisdiktionen.


• Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz; Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Cross-Functional-Teams.


• Analytische Fähigkeiten, Prozess- und Risikomanagement; Erfahrung mit Audit-Readiness.
