How yo will create an impact: Yo act as a key interface between global HR, regional HR, IT and implementation partners, translating bsiness needs and technical topics into clear HR implications, responsibilities and actions. Yo ensre that SAP SccessFactors soltions are practical and workable from a global and regional HR perspective, bringing strong operational HR expertise into soltion and process design across Employee Central, Time Off, Compensation, and Reporting. Yo lead the intake, clarification, and strctring of regional HR reqirements, feedback, and localization needs, translating them into clear processes, responsibilities, and implementation actions. Yo identify cross-modle dependencies and practical HR implications, spport fnctional recommendations and impact assessments, and ensre material design choices and trade-offs are prepared for decision in the appropriate governance forms. Yo coordinate bsiness-side preparation and regional participation for AT, ensring HR teams are enabled to validate SccessFactors against practical HR processes and operational reqirements. Yo coordinate the HR-side of migration, deployment and go-live readiness, translating technical reqirements into clear HR actions and spporting data validation, ctover, hypercare and stabilization Yo lead SAP SccessFactors training and enablement activities, coordinating training needs, relevant materials and ser gidance, while incorporating stakeholder feedback. Yo spport SccessFactors-specific change and adoption measres, helping translate system and process changes into clear commnication, gathering stakeholder feedback and spporting regional readiness in coordination with HR and the Transformation Office. Yo contribte to the continos development of the HR systems and process landscape, identifying opportnities for SAP SccessFactors, AI, and emerging technologies to improve HR processes, ser experience, and operational efficiency beyond the initial deployment. Abot yo: Yo have at least for to five years of broad HR experience, with a strong nderstanding of HR processes and day-to-day HR operations in an international environment. Yo have hands-on experience with the international implementation or deployment of SAP SccessFactors and have worked across mltiple SccessFactors modles (e.g., Employee Central, TimeOff and Compensation). Yo have practical experience across key implementation stages, inclding AT, migration, training, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. Yo nderstand how HR processes, systems, and data interact and are confident translating HR bsiness needs into technology reqirements and practical soltions. Yo are technology-savvy and have a strong interest in digital HR soltions, inclding a good nderstanding of AI and its potential applications in HR. Yo have excellent commnication and facilitation skills and effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders across HR, IT, and implementation partners. Yo have a service-oriented, hands-on, and soltion-focsed mindset, combined with strong delivery discipline, ownership, and the ability to lead effectively across different stakeholder grops. Yo have a niversity degree in Hman Resorces, Bsiness Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field; eqivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered.
