Job Description:
- Management of a team of ten people on fund accounting files for French and international clients (recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.)
- Management of a portfolio of Private Equity funds and / or holding companies, in direct contact with the management company
- Participation in the improvement and standardization of the processes with the objectives of guaranteeing the quality of deliverables, the respect of delivery dates and the profitability of files
- Business development support (participation in meetings with prospects and establishment of pricing proposals)
- Invoicing customers and monitoring profitability
- Supervision of assistance to the management company during the preparation of investor reports (fund or distribution call notices, capital accounts)
- Main contact and point of escalation for our customers in the daily relationship
- Involvement in projects at local or group level
YOUR PROFILE:
- You hold a Master or a university degree in accounting and finance or economics
- You have Management experience in the field of Private Equity fund accounting of at least 5 years,
- You have a good command of IT tools (Excel, Word, mastery of eFront is a plus),
- You have good written and oral communication skills in French and English
- You are organized, rigorous, curious, have a sense of anticipation, team spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and members of your team
