France, Belgium & Luxembourg | VP - Director

An international financial institution is seeking a VP to Director-level Institutional Sales professional to drive the growth of its Structured Products and Cross-Asset business across France, Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a strategic front-office opportunity focused on expanding institutional client relationships, increasing market penetration and generating new revenue opportunities across the region.

The successful individual will work closely with trading, structuring and sales teams while developing relationships with a broad range of institutional investors.

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors across France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Distribute Structured Products and broader Cross-Asset investment solutions.
• Identify and win new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
• Expand coverage within key target markets, particularly Belgium.
• Build relationships with asset managers, family offices, private banks, insurers, pension funds and other institutional investors.
• Deliver tailored investment solutions that meet client objectives and market requirements.
• Work closely with internal trading, structuring and product teams to provide bespoke solutions.
• Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, presentations and market updates.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the institutional distribution franchise.

• VP to Director-level sales professional.
• Experience within Structured Products Sales, Cross-Asset Sales, Fixed Income Sales or Institutional Sales.
• Strong understanding of institutional investment products and client needs.
• Existing relationships across France, Belgium and/or Luxembourg preferred.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop a franchise.
• Fluent French and English highly advantageous.
