Responsibilities

Daily AP/AR bookkeeping, employee reimbursement checking according to policy and accounting standards
Issuing customer tax invoices (Fapiao), checking and verifying vendor tax invoices (Fapiao)
Assist with updating and maintaining fixed asset registers
Assist with trading reconciliation and profit reporting using automated tools, both monthly and on-the-fly. Automated tools can include utilizing Unix commands, SQL queries and running scripts in Python.
Assist with month end process including preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepayment, intercompany transactions, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
Assist with various China tax filings, including quarterly and annual CIT filing, monthly VAT filing, and other regulatory tax filings
Perform ad hoc accounting tasks as required
Responsible for other office administrative work

Requirements:

2 - 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience; Experience in an international business preferred
Bachelor degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good communication skills, positive attitude and well-organized; ability to work in a team environment
Basic knowledge of SQL and Python preferred
