Perform client onboarding review from risk perspectives, evaluating clients' risk profile including fraud and credit risks, associated with risk model and raising optimizing proposals for the risk model;
Review clients' credit and trading exposure, to assess credit limits and leveraged capital usage etc.
Manage operational risks for asset security and transaction, and identify account risk and capital risk etc.
Conduct internal risk control assessments to identify deficiencies and evaluate the effectiveness of functional units’ remediation;
Review and assesses risk policies and protocols, make recommendations and implements modifications and improvements;
Accomplish any other duties as assigned, provide timely and considered approval operations.
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, law or related major;
Have at least 3 years experience in in risk control of financial institutions, or experience in middle and back-office audits is a plus;
Understand the mode of centralized operation and risk control methods in the middle and back-office;
Good communication skills, fast learner and a good team player;
Experienced with Microsoft office with Excel, PPT, Visio and other basic office software;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
