Python Engineer - Hedge Fund

Our client is a $20BN Multi Strat Hedge Fund powerhouse. After successfully scaling London, Asia and US offices, they are now looking to hire the best talent in Toronto.

This hire will be bringing in an elite Software Engineer, to work in the financing/treasury team in their Toronto office.

Opportunity:

• Work with Financial Analysts to design and construct cutting edge front office applications
• Develop systems to enhance alpha generation, leverage borrow markets and optimize firm balance sheet
• Full lifecycle development including requirement, architecture, implementation, testing, and release
• Work with diverse sources of internal & external Portfolio Finance specific data to produce quantitative metrics to inform Portfolio Finance decision making

Tech: Python, SQL, RestAPI, Linux, React, MongoDB
