What will our Marketing Manager - Global Talent and Employer Brand accomplish here at FNZ?

This is a new role at FNZ and we're looking for a proactive, self-starter to pioneer our Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand efforts globally. The Marketing Manager - Global Talent and Employer Brand will join the Group Marketing team and have a strong partnership with our Global Talent / Recruitment team to create, lead, and execute strategies that will help shape our brand in new and existing markets. We are hiring top tier technology talent across North America, APAC, A/NZ, UK, Europe, and South Africa and this Marketing Manager - Global Talent and Employer Brand will drive our strategy in how we identify, attract and engage those candidate pools for current and future needs.

In addition, the Marketing Manager - Global Talent and Employer Brand will support embedding the FNZ culture internally through the delivery of internal programs aligned to Group Marketing and local requirements. We're looking for someone who is eager to make FNZ one of the most attractive brands in the technology space.

Additional ownership and expertise of the Marketing Manager - Global Talent and Employer Brand include:

  • Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and nurture talent with the goal of increasing quality applications and hires.

  • Measuring and reporting upon KPIs such as the ROI of campaigns and the impact of various channels on the candidate funnel.

  • Own our CRM and create content within this tool that can be used regionally and globally.

  • Define and help deliver on our employer brand and talent attraction strategies.

  • Evolve our existing Employer Value Proposition (EVP), crafting it into a compelling narrative that resonates across your geographies.

  • Build and deliver exciting internal communication programs to support Group and regional requirements, building the employer brand internally.

  • Manage talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships.

  • Own candidate-facing channels: internal and external, as well as all recruitment marketing events in your region. This will include campus recruitment.

  • Act as a key partner and resource as we continue to build and strengthen FNZ's employer brand awareness, positioning us as an employer of choice, and attracting the best talent

  • Work with the web team to optimize and design of the careers website landing pages for conversion - including curation and alignment of content, posting stories and campaigns to ensure website is live, updated, and an active portal of information

  • Write and create content targeting all possible FNZ candidate personas via blogs, email campaigns, job descriptions, infographics, etc.


This role can be located in one of our North American hubs - Boston, Toronto, Montreal and/or can be remote.

Who we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably with specialization in marketing, communication, human resources, or similar.

  • At least 5 years of experience within employer branding or recruitment marketing. Experience within Talent Acquisition is ideal but not required.

  • Global employer branding, EVP and/or recruitment marketing experience in two or more of the following markets: North America, Europe, UK, APAC, South Africa, New Zealand and/or Australia.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a global context, understanding local needs and requirements.

  • Has local market relationships that can be adequately leveraged in this role.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong team player with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced environments.

  • Flexibility to support virtual meetings in different time zones and countries, as needed.

  • A very, very good sense of humour.


Additional skills that would add value but are not required:

  • Bilingual in French and English.

  • Experience of working with external agencies and in a matrix organization.

  • Experience with copywriting and/or design of external communications.
