Service à la clientèle, Associé 1/Client Service Operations- AIS, Associate
Objectif de base : Sous la direction du gestionnaire, responsable du service quotidien des relations avec les clients, agissant comme point de contact principal pour les demandes de renseignements et les demandes des clients. Travaille avec les équipes internes coordonnant les services pour le démarrage / la conversion de fonds / produits, restructure et interagit avec les opérations comptables et les CE mondiales pour la prestation globale des services de leurs clients assignés.

Fonctions de l'emploi :
  • Répondre en temps opportun aux demandes de renseignements des clients externes.
  • Effectuer les opérations et les processus quotidiens affectés.
  • Aider à l'administration du compte, y compris les ouvertures de compte, la configuration de la facturation, les récupérations d'impôt / documentation fiscale, les ouvertures / sorties / mises à jour du marché, l'enregistrement de sécurité / l'accès au système / l'administration des identifiants.
  • Aider avec le soutien en ligne pour diverses applications destinées aux clients.
  • Assurer la production rapide et exacte de rapports personnalisés par le client et recueille des données et produit des bulletins de rendement des clients.
  • Aider à la collecte de données pour les rapports sur les risques et la conformité.
  • Répondre en temps opportun aux demandes de renseignements des CE opérationnels, des services partagés des BU et des opérations comptables des BU.
  • Faire passer les questions ou les problèmes non résolus au niveau du gestionnaire ou de l'agent.
  • Au cours de l'exploitation quotidienne normale, responsable de l'identification de toute activité d'opération inhabituelle ou potentiellement suspecte et doit signaler et / ou escalader conformément à la politique et aux lignes directrices de l'entreprise détaillées dans les procédures d'exploitation pertinentes.
  • Autres tâches assignées.

Exigences du poste :
  • Baccalauréat avec cours liés aux affaires ou l'équivalent. B.S. degré en Accounting ou finance préféré.
  • 0-1 an d'expérience de garde connexe et / ou de comptabilité de fonds préféré.
  • Connaissance de la langue des titres financiers préférée.
  • Connaissance pratique des applications MS Office et maîtrise des feuilles de calcul.
  • Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à prioriser les affectations dans des délais serrés.
  • Souci du détail.
  • Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication sous forme verbale et écrite.
  • Capacité de travailler en tant que joueur d'équipe.


Who we are looking for:
Under the direction of the Manager, responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Works with the internal teams coordinating services for fund/product start-up/conversions, restructures and interacting with Accounting Operations and global COE's for the overall service delivery of their assigned clients. May have responsibility to audit and coordinate the daily work of others.
What you will be responsible for:
  • Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from external and internal clients
  • Perform assigned daily operations and processes including, but not limited to:
  • Assist with Account Administration including account openings, billing set up, tax reclaims/tax documentation, market openings/exits/updates, security registration/system access/ID administration and FAR set up
  • Assist with online support for various client-facing applications
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of client-customized reporting and collects data and produces customer report cards
  • Assist with data collection for risk/compliance reporting
  • Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from operational COEs, BU Shared Services and BU Accounting Operations.
  • Elevates unresolved issues/problems to manager/officer.
  • May monitor and review daily work of Client Operations Associates to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Provides on the job training to new staff and assists new staff with attainment of understanding of job responsibilities.
  • During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with business related coursework or equivalent. B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 2+ years of related custody and/ or fund accounting experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of securities markets, language and products
