What will your tasks be?
What do you need to be successful?
The benefits for you
Giving our full potential, thinking differently to continue our growth and working as a team to offer reliable advice that will contribute to the success of clients and the prosperity of communities, this is a challenge that we meet with flying colors. We care about everyone's well-being and are determined to realize our full potential, foster the development of communities and contribute to the success of all.
At RBC, the health and well-being of our employees and candidates remains our top priority .
COVID-19 has accelerated change in our workplace, including our hiring practices! Therefore, throughout the recruitment process, you may be asked to communicate with us virtually and you are not required to meet with us in person. Our recruiters will explain how our video interview technology will be used at different stages of the process and will be available to answer your questions.
You will have the option of continuing to work from home, if you can be fully productive and if the requirements of your role, including regulatory obligations, can be met. We are committed to acceding to requests for flexible working arrangements, investing in technology or other resources to enable you to work effectively from home, whenever possible.
Health and security
As for employees who may be required to work on our premises, we are doing our part to protect their health and are taking additional precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All RBC premises will be set up to ensure compliance with physical distancing requirements and the application of preventive measures (hand sanitizer, antiseptic wipes, masks and other protective equipment).
RBC requires, as a condition of employment, that all successful applicants in the United States or Canada be fully immunized against COVID-19 prior to their start date. They may have to show proof of vaccination. Reasonable accommodations are offered when required by law.
