We are looking for an experienced
Senior Web Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile digital platforms and web services that support large-scale information, community engagement, and content dissemination initiatives.



The role sits at the intersection of digital strategy, project delivery, stakeholder management, and web technology. You will oversee the planning, governance, quality assurance, and continuous evolution of a portfolio of complex digital platforms built primarily on
Drupal/PHP technologies , ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities



Portfolio & Service Management

• Manage a portfolio of web platforms and digital services, including content management systems, community platforms, and information portals.


• Define project roadmaps, priorities, and work packages in line with business needs and available resources.


• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.


• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, communications teams, technical experts, and external partners.


• Provide regular reporting on project progress, resource allocation, risks, and proposed changes.


• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, working groups, and steering committees.

Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.


• Coordinate multiple parallel initiatives while ensuring consistency across platforms and services.


• Drive issue resolution and support informed decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.


• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project and service management.

Change & Quality Management

• Evaluate change requests and coordinate change management activities.


• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and user expectations.


• Oversee quality assurance processes, user acceptance testing, and service validation activities.


• Implement risk management practices and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Digital Platform Oversight

• Support the evolution of innovative digital services that leverage modern technologies such as:

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience overseeing vendors, development teams, and cross-functional project teams.


• Demonstrated experience in risk management, quality assurance, and service governance.
