- $1,000 per day + Super
- 12-month contract with a further 12-month extension
This role offers a unique blend of immediate delivery responsibility and future strategic program leadership. You will take ownership of several critical technology initiatives currently in flight across identity, security and digital workplace transformation. As these projects progress, you will play a key role in shaping a significant Data Centre Consolidation Program that is entering its discovery phase and is expected to run for approximately 2-3 years.
Previous experience delivering data centre relocation, migration or consolidation projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and governance activities.
- Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners.
- Drive executive reporting, steering committee updates and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with organisational security, compliance and operational requirements.
- Support the discovery, planning and mobilisation of a major Data Centre Consolidation Program.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure transformation programs within large enterprise environments.
- Previous experience leading data centre relocation, migration, consolidation or infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure environments including compute, storage, networking, cloud, identity and security.
- Experience managing multiple technical work streams and infrastructure dependencies.
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory and associated cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing migration strategies, cutover plans and transition approaches for complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executives, vendors, architects, engineers and operational teams.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes.
