An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing transformation team within a leading financial services environment.
This is an initial 6-month contract supporting a significant Mortgage Transformation program, with immediate focus on requirements definition and planning for a potential next-generation originations platform.
We're seeking a mortgages-focused BA with strong retail banking experience, ideally someone who has worked across digital transformation and lending/origination platform initiatives and enjoys operating in collaborative, fast-paced delivery environments.

The Role
- Working closely with business, delivery and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping future-state mortgage and lending capabilities.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Leading workshops and stakeholder engagement across business, technology and vendor teams
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements
- Developing key delivery artefacts including process maps, customer journeys and user stories
- Partnering with Product Owners, architects and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivery-ready
- Reviewing and validating solution alignment to business needs and transformation objectives
- Supporting agile delivery activities, including testing and implementation where required
- Contributing to the design of streamlined, customer-focused lending and origination processes
To be successful, you will bring:
- Strong retail banking experience, with particular expertise across mortgages and lending
- Exposure to mortgage origination and/or servicing environments
- Experience supporting digital transformation or lending platform programs
- Strong process analysis, requirements and documentation capability
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- High levels of energy, initiative and collaboration, with the ability to build strong relationships across business and technology teams
