Job Description:

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry with respect to Corporates and Financial Institutions.

Executive Interviewers are responsible for conducting interviews and obtaining valuable insights to achieve high quality Studies.

As an Executive Interviewer, you will work as part of a centralized team in cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering the information that gives Coalition Greenwich its competitive advantage in the global consulting market. You will help execute marketing strategies and conduct face to face and phone interviews directly with decision makers at some of the highest levels of global organizations. Individuals in this position will work closely with the firm’s Field Operations team as well as our Consultants who run the study and provide the subject matter context to inform your interviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to be persuasive with buy-side clients are critical to the success of this role; financial markets knowledge is essential.

Principal Responsibilities :

1. Arrange and conduct interviews with financial executives at pre-selected Corporates and Financial institutions
2. Represent Coalition Greenwich to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity.
3. Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews.
4. Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Coalition Greenwich platform
5. Contribute to data quality and universe quality via self-starter research and company networking

Qualifications/Experience :
