This is a permanent full-time Manager opportunity in Canberra for someone who loves bringing structure, pace and momentum to high-growth alliance ecosystems.




What will your typical day look like?



This role sits at the center of Deloitte's day-to-day alliance activity across ServiceNow and Databricks. You'll coordinate planning cycles, stakeholder meetings and governance activities, track actions and commitments, and help keep priorities moving across multiple workstreams at once.



A key part of the role is supporting pipeline development and strategic opportunities. Working closely with Alliance Leads, Industry teams, Business Units and account teams, you'll help connect opportunities to the right stakeholders, support priority pursuits, and provide visibility on pipeline activity through clear reporting and status updates.



You'll also play an important role in market activation. From coordinating campaigns, events and alliance-led initiatives to working with Brand & Marketing and Growth stakeholders, your focus will be on helping Deloitte show up strongly in both ecosystems and making it easier for teams across the firm to turn alliance relationships into growth.




About the team



You'll be part of Deloitte's Growth business, where alliances, market activation and strategic opportunity creation help the firm build momentum in priority markets. The team works across Business Units, industries and ecosystem partners to coordinate high-value relationships and turn them into stronger client opportunities, sharper market propositions and more connected go-to-market activity. Within that, ServiceNow and Databricks represent two important high-growth platforms with strong potential across the firm.




Enough about us, let's talk about you



You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Experience in alliance management, sales support, business development, marketing or other growth-related environments

• Strong stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across a matrix structure and keep multiple groups aligned

• Experience supporting pipeline development, opportunity tracking or strategic pursuit activity

• Strong planning, organisation and program coordination skills, with close attention to detail

• Commercial awareness and an interest in how alliance activity translates into market growth and client opportunity

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates and coordinate information across stakeholders

• Confidence working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Exposure to technology alliances, ecosystem partnerships, ServiceNow or Databricks would be valuable
