About the role:

Join RSM's growing ERP Consulting team and play a pivotal role in helping organisations transform the way they operate through leading ERP solutions. In this client-facing role, you'll drive new business opportunities primarily in WA and possibly across Australia, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead ERP solution pursuits from initial engagement through to close.

Working alongside a national team of ERP specialists, you'll deliver innovative technology solutions that create real business value, guide clients on their digital transformation journey, and contribute to the continued growth and success of RSM's Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle for NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite executives.

• Develop strategic annual marketing and business development plans to drive and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with local, national and international RSM teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

• Grow referral networks and partnerships with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft and other key vendors.

• Represent RSM through thought leadership, industry engagement, events, and client presentations.

• Achieve ambitious (but achievable) revenue targets while driving growth across ERP and broader Consulting service lines.

About you:

• Minimum 7+ years' experience (with 10+ preferred) selling ERP solutions, with a 'Hunter' mindset and proven experience in managing and executing mid-market and enterprise ERP deals (consideration for other complex software or technology solution sales experience).

• Proven record of accomplishment and success managing, pursuing, and closing complex, high-value ERP opportunities.

• Strong solution-selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead ERP sales and work with a team to deliver client outcomes.

• Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and C-suite executives.

• Commercially minded, and process-driven with the ability to articulate business value through value selling techniques and deliver ROI and TCO for client projects.

• Strong existing network, and ability to building ongoing networks.

• Proven ERP business development capabilities, including experience with ERP deal cycles, sales methodologies and deal strategy and qualification.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience developing thought leadership, industry engagement initiatives, and strategic marketing activities.

• Knowledge and proven experience leading ERP pursuits, particularly Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics, with exposure to SAP, Epicor, MYOB Acumatica, Sage, Pronto or Infor highly regarded.
