We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale ERP implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to work across business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of a modern ERP platform that will transform core business operations.
Based in Perth, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders, functional teams, and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring these are aligned to system capabilities.
Your new role
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across multiple functional areas
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify current and future state processes
- Support ERP solution design by working closely with developers, architects, and vendors
- Assist in system configuration, data migration, and integration activities
- Develop and maintain documentation including business cases, process flows, user stories, and test scripts
- Coordinate and support system testing (SIT, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice solutions
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language (and vice versa)
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation (e.g., BPMN, user stories, process maps)
- Familiarity with system integrations, data migration, and APIs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Business, or a related discipline
- Be part of a high-impact digital transformation program
