DWS is seeking two ( Senior ) Oracle Functional Consultants to join a major upgrade program, taking an established Oracle Fusion environment to the latest Redwood experience. The roles requires experienced Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing professionals who can drive functional design, configuration, testing, business engagement and solution delivery.

1 x Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant
experience will include Purchasing, Receiving, Approvals, Self-Service Procurement, BPM, Documentation and Testing

1 x Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant will bring deeper expertise across Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Portal, Configuration and Testing, along with Redwood experience

Where : Melbourne CBD
Type : ACN contractor OR Max Term
Start : Immediate (max 2 weeks' notice)
Length : 4+ months (to end of Jan 2027)
Style : Hybrid, 3+ days onsite per week
Salary : $200K-$220K (inc super) OR $900-$1,100/day, depending on experience

Essential skills and Experience:

• Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing SME with expert knowledge of Procurement and Payables.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules such as Inventory, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets and/or General Ledger.
• Senior-level applicants must have Redwood experience, including experience implementing and testing Redwood UI within Oracle Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business requirements and the ability to map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Deliver functional specification documentation for RICEFW objects.
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
• Configure and support end-to-end Oracle Procurement Cloud processes.
• Create, review and execute test scripts covering Procure-to-Pay processes across Oracle Cloud Procurement and Financials.
• Good knowledge of integrations with third-party applications supporting procurement processes.
• Perform data mapping activities and review FBDI documentation supporting migration from legacy systems.
• Work closely with client SMEs and project managers throughout delivery.
• Gain business acceptance of solution outcomes aligned to agreed design standards.
• Support business users through CRPs, SITs and UATs.
• Create and implement innovative solutions that deliver business value.
• Provide subject matter expertise and assist with complex issue resolution.
• Train key business users on Oracle Procurement Cloud processes and functionality.
• Understand existing Procure-to-Pay solution designs and support transition to Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• Formal Oracle Certifications, though extensive professional experience is preferred over certifications alone
