Your new role
As a Business Services Manager or Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the practice, managing client relationships, mentoring staff and providing strategic business and taxation advice.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business owners
- Reviewing financial statements and tax compliance work
- Providing business advisory and strategic planning services
- Leading, mentoring and developing accountants within the team
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and firm processes
- Working closely with the Partners on practice growth initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- CA or CPA qualification
- Previous experience as a Manager or Senior Manager within an Australian public practice accounting firm
- Strong technical knowledge of business services and taxation
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset and genuine passion for helping businesses succeed
- Leadership experience with a commitment to developing staff
- Clear and genuine pathway to equity ownership
- Future-focused 9-day fortnight model being implemented within 12 months
- Option to work full-time with increased remuneration
- Long-term vision to transition towards a 4-day work week
