My client, a risk and regulatory compliance consulting firm have multiple contract opportunities to assist their Regulatory and AML teams. Ideal applicants will have worked or contracted at a UK regulatory (FCA) consultancy backgrounds. European Languages highly desirable. 2-5 years depending on experience. It is imperative that you are able to liaise with a variety of senior stakeholders and hit the ground running from a project delivery perspective on clients' site

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* Assisting with team planning and team coordination
* Participating in interviews/meetings with clients during engagements
* Preparing presentations and other documents for use by the engagement team or client
* Reviewing and analysing client documents
* Gathering, analysing and interpreting data to contribute to engagement deliverables
* Analysing and presenting on specific regulatory requirements

Required Skills:

* Two to five years of related experience in a financial services firm, consulting firm, law firm or regulatory agency.
* Some knowledge of the following regulations: Senior Managers Regime, financial crime, retail conduct requirements, MiFID II, EMIR, MAR, Conduct Risk, OTC derivatives reform
* Awareness and understanding of AML, from a consultancy capacity
* Technical expertise and experience in compliance, risk management, corporate governance, accounting, or legal or regulatory issues, finance, lending, trading and/or other financial services core competencies

* Communicate with adequate preparation and support with clients and internally

* Execute engagement deliverables with minimal oversight and coordinate work with colleagues
