Our client, a global consultancy firm is looking to further grow it's Corporate Finance team with the recruitment of a talented Corporate Finance Manager to be based in Dubai
Our client, a global consultancy firm is looking to further grow it's Corporate Finance team with the recruitment of a talented Corporate Finance Manager to be based in Dubai. The M&A team provides sector-focused advice on the sale process from strategic positioning to close, and they help execute acquisitions, alliances and mergers.
Additionally, you may also advise C-suite level executives and boards on evaluating strategic alternatives & options in the context of transactions. The role will focus on Deal Execution end to end, both buy and sell side and will offer you the opportunity to work across a wide array of transactions with ample opportunity to progress your career. The team have worked for an extensive and enviable range of clients since inception including: Government ministries, private equities, sovereign wealth funds, public companies, private companies.
We would consider both experienced Assistant Managers looking to take the step-up as well as established Managers looking to join a high performing team
Responsibilities will include:
*Originate and deliver transaction ideas, identifying opportunities, opening and leveraging relationships
*Develop new business; lead preparing of proposals to prospective clients
*Project manage the transactions, driving the transaction timetable, ensuring quality on client deliverables, as well as managing counterparties and other advisers to ensure transaction milestones are met
*Actively lead the deal process including preparing the transaction documents
*Lead, develop and counsel junior colleagues
*Strong experience in a M&A environment, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions
*Demonstrate strong numerical and financial skills and an understanding of financial statements
*Extensive experience in building financial models and valuing businesses using various methodologies within challenging timescales
*Arabic language preferable but not a pre-requisite.
We are only looking to speak with candidates with extensive M&A (Lead Advisory) experience. Unfortunately, we will not consider candidates coming directly from a Transaction Services (Due Diligence) or Valuations background. We require candidates to come from a Corporate Finance M&A team within a Big 4 firm, Corporate Finance Boutique or an Investment Bank.
